THIS PROPOSAL IS INTENDED TO REIMBURSE THE ABOVE CONTRIBUTION WITH 5M AGENT CIPHER HELD NOIR TOKENS.

ADDITIONALLY, THIS PROPOSAL IS INTENDED TO DEPLOY 15M NOIR TOKENS INTO THE FOLLOWING STRATEGIES:

1. FRAXSWAP V2 NOIR-FXS LIQUIDITY. [1M NOIR]. FXS tokens are the governance and revenue sharing token of the Frax Protocol, which manages the Fraxtal blockchain that the ATP platform is built on top of.

Following the North Star Hard Fork later this month, FXS tokens will become the gas token of the Fraxtal chain. In addition, many other tokenomics upgrades will be implemented, which will increase the value of FXS tokens. As a result, FXS is an excellent token to pair with NOIR tokens for long-term value appreciation of NOIR tokens.

NOIR Tokens will benefit from increases in the value of FXS tokens, as well as revenue from swap fees generated from automated arbitrage trades between the NOIR-FXS and NOIR-IQ liquidity pools.

• To acquire the FXS for this position, 500K NOIR tokens will be sold for FXS.

2. CONCENTRATED NOIR-WFRXETH LIQUIDITY. [1M NOIR]. frxETH tokens are the Frax Protocol's version of Ethereum tokens. frxETH and frxUSD are the two most frequently traded tokens on the Fraxtal Chain.

Due to frxETH's trading frequency combined with frxETH’s volatility, liquidity pools with frxETH have very high amounts of regular automated arbitrage driven swap volume. As a result, concentrated NOIR-wfrxETH liquidity generates above average liquidity pool trade volume/revenue and increases the swap revenue generated by other NOIR liquidity pools.

• This strategy utilizes a 0.75% fee rate pool to generate higher swap fee revenue.

• This strategy utilizes a concentrated liquidity range of approximately -35% - 450%, which allows this position to remain active while NOIR tokens increase in value compared to Ethereum by up to 4 and a half times, and while NOIR tokens decrease in value compared to Ethereum up to 35%.

• Concentrated LP Range: 777,880 NOIR -- 5,885,500 NOIR.

• Approximately 250K NOIR tokens will be converted to wfrxETH to fill this position.

3. CONCENTRATED NOIR-ASTRALFXS LIQUIDITY. [5M NOIR] AstralFXS is a yield bearing derivative token built on Stake DAO’s liquid veFXS staking with sdFXS, Fraxswap V2 liquidity pools, BAMM lending pools, Curve liquidity and lending pools.

Similar to other yield bearing derivatives such as wstETH, AstralFXS tokens increase in value relative to FXS tokens over time.

AstralFXS has an estimated yield of 34% (at time of writing) and is managed by the StarSeeds Liquidity Protocol.

• This strategy utilizes a 2% fee rate pool to generate maximum swap fee revenue.

• This strategy utilizes a concentrated liquidity range of approximately -50% - +300%, which allows this position to remain active while NOIR tokens increase in value compared to AstralFXS by up to 3 times, and while NOIR tokens decrease in value compared to AstralFXS up to 50%.

• Concentrated LP Range: 1,507.3 --- 10,814 NOIR.

• To fill this strategy, approximately 2M NOIR tokens will be sold for AstralFXS tokens.

4. FRAXSWAP V2 NOIR-IQYIELD LIQUIDITY. [8M NOIR]. IQYIELD rewards generated by IQYIELD tokens held NOIR-IQYIELD Liquidity Pools are automatically utilized to buy NOIR tokens, which are then deposited with IQYIELD tokens into permanent NOIR-IQYIELD Liquidity. As a result, NOIR-IQYIELD liquidity generates an increasing amount of regular purchases for NOIR tokens, as well as increased liquidity for NOIR tokens which gives this strategy a uniquely effective impact on the value of NOIR tokens over time.

• To fill this strategy, 4M NOIR tokens will be swapped to IQYIELD tokens.

This proposal reimburses a key contributor and strategically deploys NOIR tokens to strengthen liquidity, drive growth, and increase the value of NOIR tokens over time.
