IQ AI's Privacy Policy

IQ AI ("IQ AI," "we" or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy.

This Privacy Policy describes how Distributed Machines Inc., doing business as Everipedia International ("IQ AI," "we," "us," or "our") processes personal data for the IQ AI platform, including the Agent Tokenization Platform (ATP) and related services (the "Service").

2. Information We Collect

  • Account & Organization:
    Email, username, organization, roles, API credentials, team members; billing identifiers (payment details handled by our payment provider).

  • Agent/ATP Data:
    Agent configurations and metadata, tools/skills inventories, datasets you upload, logs, audit trails, transparency pages.

  • Inputs & Outputs:
    Prompts, files, generated content, evaluation metrics, safety events.

  • Wallet & On-Chain (if you connect):
    Addresses, balances/positions we read, approvals/allowances you grant, transaction metadata, strategy parameters stored by you.
    We never request or store private keys or seed phrases.

  • Usage & Device:
    IP address, device/browser, cookie IDs, feature flags, latency, error logs, approximate location from IP.

  • Integrations:
    Data exchanged with third-party services you connect (e.g., protocol APIs), subject to your configuration.

  • Cookies & Similar Technologies:
    Identifiers and preferences described in §7.

  • Communications & Legal:
    Support, security reports, DMCA/trademark notices.

3. Purposes & Legal Bases

  • Provide & Secure the Platform (contract / legitimate interests):
    Operate agents, run APIs, enforce quotas/limits, maintain auditability.

  • AI/ML Improvement (legitimate interests / consent where required):
    Train and evaluate models using pseudonymized platform data.
    Enterprise contracts may offer no-training modes (data excluded from model training).

  • Compliance (legal obligation):
    Recordkeeping, lawful requests, sanctions/export screening where required.

  • Analytics & Product Research (legitimate interests / consent):
    Measure usage, performance, and reliability.

  • Marketing (consent / legitimate interests):
    Service announcements; you can opt-out.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

  • Processors:
    Cloud hosting, observability, model operations, analytics, security tooling (under contract).

  • Third-Party Protocols You Integrate:
    If you connect external services, we exchange data as you direct; on-chain actions are signed by your wallet and become public by design.

  • Payment Provider:
    Limited billing metadata; we do not store full card numbers.

  • Legal & Corporate:
    Compliance, lawful requests, mergers/acquisitions.

We do not sell personal information.
If targeted advertising is used, we will provide an opt-out and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

5. International Transfers

For EEA/UK data, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and supplementary measures for transfers to countries without adequacy decisions.

6. Retention

  • Agent logs and evaluations: 12–24 months (enterprise settings may customize).
  • API logs: up to 18 months.
  • Audit trails: up to 6 years or as required by law.
  • Deleted accounts: residual backups purged on a rolling schedule.

7. Cookies & Similar Technologies

  • Strictly necessary – session/auth, CSRF, API rate-limit tokens (session/24h).
  • Functional – UI preferences, environment selections, organization context (6–12 months).
  • Analytics/performance – PostHog, Google Analytics up to 13 months.
  • Advertising – not enabled by default; if later enabled, users will receive controls.
  • Controls: banner + browser settings; GPC honored where applicable.

8. Your Rights

EEA/UK:
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection; withdraw consent.

US (CA/VA/CO/CT/UT):
Know/access, correct, delete, opt-out of sale/sharing/targeted ads, limit sensitive PI use, non-discrimination.

Identity verification required; exemptions may apply.
Appeals: email webmaster@iq.wiki with subject: “Appeal – Privacy Request.”
Complaints: contact your supervisory authority.

9. Security & Responsible Disclosure

Encryption in transit and at rest, SSO/MFA for admin consoles, least-privilege access, audit logging, vulnerability scans, incident response runbooks, and vendor due diligence.

Safe Harbor:
Good-faith security research with remediation time will not trigger legal action.
Report vulnerabilities to webmaster@iq.wiki with subject: “Security Report.”

10. Children

IQ AI is intended for users 13+ (or higher local digital-consent age).
We do not knowingly collect data from children below that threshold.

11. Changes & Contact

We’ll update this Policy as needed and provide reasonable notice for material changes.
